Orders are only accepted under the terms and conditions set out below.
Orders are only accepted and valid for delivery to UK mainland addresses at present... for all other countries/zones please contact us for a quotation before placing your order. Thank you.
Orders are normally dispatched by First Class Royal Mail within 3 - 5 working days from receipt of payment (allow additional 3 - 5 days delivery), but all products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time, including after you have placed your order. If there is a problem with availability, you will be notified of a dispatch date, or at your option, the relevant monies refunded or credited.
This website is kept up to date as far as reasonably possible but if any product becomes unavailable for any reason after you have placed your order, the limit of our liability will be to refund any monies paid.
We reserve the right to change the formulations of any product at any time. If we are aware that this has occurred after you have placed your order, we will inform you of such change, giving you the option of accepting the new formulation or receiving a refund if any monies have been paid.
The placement of any order is an acknowledgement by you the purchaser to have knowledge of the products purchased, the ingredients therein and how the products should be used. We cannot be held liable for their miss-use. Although we make efforts to ensure that our formulations are free from as many known allergens as possible, all products purchased are entirely at your own risk.
If you believe you might have sensitive skin, or if you have ever reacted to anything applied to your skin, have persistent or unusual eczema or psoriasis, have been diagnosed by your GP, dermatologist or other professional as having allergic contact dermatitis, it is your responsibility to carry out a patch test to determine if our products are compatible with your skin.
Royston & Hayes will on request supply small samples of any of our products so that you can carry out your own patch test. There is no charge for this service.
Furthermore, if you have questions you would like answered, please contact us by email or phone on 01284 735388 and we will do our best to help. We specialise in bespoke skin products and will do our utmost to provide you with something you can use. There may be a charge for this service, but any costs will always be discussed with you in advance.
We use natural ingredients and because of the nature of hand produced skincare products, there may be slight variations in colour or smell from batch to batch, and /or slight sediment may occur in some products. This is not a manufacturing defect.
We aim to offer total satisfaction and will be happy to replace any faulty goods. Please return them within 7 days from the day they are received and we will, at your option, refund their full cost, or send a replacement. This is in addition to your statutory rights. In the unlikely event that your goods are damaged in transit, please contact us within 48 hours of receipt. In the event of non-receipt of your goods, please wait 15 days from confirmation of your order prior to contacting us.
Goods for the United Kingdom will be dispatched via First Class Royal Mail delivery. Delivery via this method is charged at a flat rate of £2.50. If you would like us to quote you for Recorded First Class Delivery by Royal Mail, then please contact us and we will be able to arrange this with you. Additionally, if you wish to send your goods Internationally or place an order Internationally, then please contact us for a quote.
