15th December 2011: Very excited thinking about a new website in the New Year. And hopefully this time around we will be able to have an integrated Blog too which will be a great way to keep all our friends and customers up to date with what's been happening here at Royston & Hayes!
14th November 2011: Veronica was chatting to Mark Murphy about our online business selling our exquisite soaps, bath and skincare products on BBC Radio Suffolk today... first time on the radio! Delighted to receive good feedback from clients and friends who listened in to the show.... phew!
11th October 2011: Two rather lovely pieces of news to tell you... firstly, we have been invited to join the March Hare Collective which is a group of artists who get together to showcase their wonderful handmade products in Bury St Edmunds. We're over the moon that they love our exquisite soaps so much. Secondly, we will be at the Fairyland Trust's Real Halloween 2011 which is being held at Holt Hall, North Norfolk over the weekend of 29th and 30th October. It's a wonderful charity doing great work for the conservation of nature for the little people. Why not come along, bring your own little people and take part in some of the inspirational workshops.
19th September 2011: At last our new website is live on our new domain name! We've just returned from the Grand Henham Park Steam Rally where we showcased our exquisite soaps, bath and skincare products to great effect and sales. We met lovely folk there and even managed to 'escape' on each day and look at some of the goings-on in the main ring. My favourite were the Heavy Horses displaying their beauty and their amazing strenghth.
25th August 2011: Well what an amazing day we had yesterday! We were at the first ever Felbrigg Hall Honey Festival and we'd made some really special soaps and bath products just for the festival. We were overwhelmed by folk wanting to buy our exquisite soaps, bath and skincare products. We also met some super folk there; both customers and other stall holders. This National Trust property is superb and if you ever get the chance to visit, then take the chance with both hands. Fantastic buildings, walled garden and rolling English countryside park.
12th August 2011: The Wayland Agricultural Show was a fantastic day for us. Not 'just' for the really great sales we had that day, but also for the lovely people we met at the show. I can heartily recommend this one as truly excellent Country Show with all the old time treats plus lots of new ones as well. Immaculate farm animals competing for 'Best of Breed', excellent and varied food options from some fantastic producers, plus the wonderful spectacle of horses competing against each other. Lots to do and see such as vintage cars, steam tractors and an amazing array of animals. We will definitely be going back to this show next year!
26th April 2011: The last client appointments have been made for Leaf House Therapies. I have also now taken down any information about the therapies on this site. There are many changes to be made, and lots of information that will be added to the website over the coming weeks as I start to settle down into my new routine. Right now, I want to maintain my focus on my remaining client appointments - even the last appointment will receive full and due care and attention. Some Reiki courses also remain to run and I'm looking forward to those too!
31st March 2011: In further, and perhaps rather more significant news, Leaf House Therapies will be closing its doors at the end of April 2011. We are very excited to be devoting all our energies into our unique and exquisite range of Hand Made, Luxury Glycerin Soaps.
23rd February 2011: In other news - our gorgeous soaps have been selling like hot cakes at the Smiths Row Art Gallery (see news post for 4th January) and we were thrilled to receive a further order for the soaps from the gallery. The Pip and Pop art installation closes in just 3 days time. The gallery has enjoyed record breaking attendances so do get along and visit whilst you still can.
28th January 2011: A quick update to let you know we are delighted to now be a part of the fabulous Gift Wrapped And Gorgeous internet shopping portal... you can find some of our exquisite handmade, eco-friendly soaps and bath indulgences just waiting for you on this fantastic site.
4th January 2011: Happy New Year everyone! I hope you had a lovely time over the Christmas and New Year period? We had lots happening here and as a result, I am so thrilled to tell you our latest news... We received a special commission to create 3 x themed soaps to match an art exhibition to be held at the Smiths Row Gallery here in Bury St Edmunds.. the exhibition will run from 11th January till 26th February and our special soaps will be available to purchase from the Gallery Shop - they will make fabulous mementoes of a totally unique exhibition by artists Pip and Pop who are from Australia.
8th October 2010: I've just added a new (small at this stage) range of Bath Treats to our range of products. We handmake them all and totally avoid any SLS/SLES to add extra 'fizz and foam' to these little goodies... after all, if we like to avoid SLS/SLES in our skin care lotions and potions, why on earth would we want to SOAK ourselves in them.. ugh! Do take a look at the shop pages for these goodies. I'll be adding shopping options and more products over the next week or so, assuming of course, my new pc continues to perform as it should!! Now there's another (old) news story but I don't think we'll even think about it or go there!

Feedback was fantastic and all the students - and Veronica! - enjoyed the time immensely.
